3D打印客户经理Account Manager Additive Manufacturing

The OEM Account Manager is a key sales role that directly interfaces with 3D Printer Manufactures in Greater China area. The OEM Account Manager is responsible for growing and maintaining the business relationship within the Account(s) to meet/exceed financial and business objectives. OEM is referred as 3D Printer Manufacturer.  

A.        Responsibilities
1.        Plan and direct all sales actions including planning, forecasting, building the pipeline and executing
2.        Develop new leads through all kinds of activities and bring down to the sales funnel in order to maximizes sales opportunities
3.        Achieve high growth and revenue targets from existing and new customers
4.        Effectively negotiates customer agreements
5.        Communicate at all levels internally and externally communication to proceed sales projects
6.        Provide insight to internal organizations on market direction, customer needs, product requirements and business opportunities
7.        Work closely with marketing and technical team to execute on strategic sales and marketing programs, including roadshows, tradeshows, conferences, etc.
8.        Closely follow up on sales process and manage CRM system to keep track all the important information

B.        Requirements
1.        5+ years’ experience in multi-international company(preferable in Enterprise Software Solution field)Sales position
2.        Proven experience in consultative selling, strong account management experience qualifying net new business opportunities
3.        Strong sales process and account planning skills
4.        A proven track-record in managing and growing accounts
5.        Fluent in English both orally and Written
6.        Prefer to have OEM collaboration experience
7.        Industrial software working experience is a plus

B.        Requirements
1.        Bachelors in engineering – mechanical, computer, electrical, manufacturing, computer science or other technical degree required
2.        1 – 3 years relevant work experience is a plus
3.        Excellent computer skills (MS office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
4.        Experience with Rapid Prototyping, Additive Manufacturing or CAD software is a plus
5.        Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate effectively

渠道经理Channel Manager
Are you an experienced Channel Manager in the software area? Are you searching for a job in an innovative setting? Do you feel passionate about working with the newest technologies in the 3D printing industry?

We are looking for the next member of our Software Sales Team who will take the indirect sales channel to the next level in order to contribute to the revenue targets.

The Channel Manager will be based in our office in Shanghai.
If you are keen to establish in-depth relationships with our key partners and recruit new ones when necessary, our Channel Manager position could be what you are looking for! From ensuring that our partners possess the highest level of technical and commercial knowledge, to supporting them in gaining respectable margins whilst maintaining the integrity of the Channel, you will always be in for a challenge! Your actions and your drive will contribute to an organic growth of the Software Business Unit.

A.        Responsibilities
1.        Establish and maintain account plans for the channel to sustain sales growth
2.        Managing the current channel partner network - maximizing revenue by ensuring the partner has the right tools and training to effectively sell Materialise's software
3.        Drive revenue through Corporate Resellers & Distribution channels
4.        Sourcing and onboarding of new channel partners who are strategically positioned to accelerate the achievement of the sales targets
5.        Run and execute the Materialise Authorized Reseller Partner Program and apply strategic approach to selection of distributors in Greater China
6.        Establish productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders within the assigned partner accounts
7.        Lead, develop and manage a high performing team of individuals within each partner to execute the relevant priority Go-to-Market (GTM) plans, ensuring optimum success in territory
8.        Drive global best practice in all aspects of partner management, including onboarding, operational efficiency, channel portfolio management, and customer success
9.        Collaborate with partners to identify and understand partner initiated sales opportunities, awareness and drive sales pipeline as well launch activities in order to generate demand through partners.
10.        Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets when possible.

B.        Requirements
1.        5+ years’ working experience with at least 3 years in running and managing indirect channel in software sales
2.        Good business acumen in channel sales with a proven track record of sales success
3.        Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese; any other language is an asset
4.        Persuasive communicator with the ability to influence and drive results through others without direct authority
5.        Self-motivated and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly-expanding customer base
6.        Takes the initiative and drives for results
7.        Experience in working in a global organization
8.        Highly organized and analytical
9.        Ability to report and operate in a matrix organization
10.        Position will require maximum 50% travel.

High-level description of the ideal candidate
The Materialise China team is looking for a versatile and hands-on engineer with a commercial attitude who can assist us in launching activities/sales in the Greater China region. The ideal candidate we are looking for is a young professional with a few years of experience in the medical field, preferably where a technical and commercial role are combined. Being tech-savvy, he/she will succeed in quickly becoming proficient in a technical setting and act as the solution expert towards our partners and end-users (surgeons).  Customer profiles are both companies and hospitals where he/she will help convince the customer of the value that we have to offer from a technical point of view.

The position is based in Shanghai. Regular travel is required.

A.        Tasks and responsibilities
1.        Communicate about our solution portfolio from a technical point of view.
2.        Work together with sales over the phone and face to face to do in-depth needs analysis and provide the necessary technical assistance.
3.        Give technical presentations/demos to small and large audiences
